Thank you for booking with Nails by Hails!
If you have an art tier included in your booking please message me on Instagram with your inspiration.
If this is your first booking, look out for a consultation form that will arrive shortly in your email. Please fill out the consultation form at least 24 hours before your appointment. * I cannot perform any treatments until this has been returned*
First time clients need to arrive without any nail enhancements or polish as I am not insured to remove the work of anyone else.
The £5 you have paid is a booking fee and will be deducted from the total bill on the day of your appointment.
Should you wish to move or cancel your appointment, I require 48 hours notice. Appointments can be moved once only.
Any cancellations within the 48 hour period, lateness of more than 15 minutes or a failure to show up will result in the £5 booking fee being forfeited.
If for any reason I cannot perform the treatment you have booked this fee will be refunded in full.
