Thank you for booking with Nails by Hails!
First-time clients need to arrive without any nail enhancements or polish, as I am not insured to remove work done by another technician.
The £5 you have paid is a booking fee and will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment. Should you wish to move or cancel your appointment, 48 hours’ notice is required. Appointments can be moved once only. Any cancellations made within the 48-hour period, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the £5 booking fee being forfeited
If, for any reason, I am unable to perform the treatment you have booked, this fee will be refunded in full.
if you are unwell please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Nail fixes are complimentary within 48 hours of your appointment. After this period, they will be chargeable at £3 per nail.
Please attend your appointment alone. If you have any questions, please message me on Instagram and I’ll respond as soon as possible.
Look out for a consultation form which will arrive shortly via email. Please complete and return it at least 24 hours before your appointment. I cannot perform any treatments until this has been received.
